Manage how and when CPD points need to allocated, CPD points based on range of course activities and its outcomes and behaviors. Assign CPD start and end dates, notifications and so on.

Automatic tracking of learning and CPD activities

Whenever learners completed CPD activities (e.g: attend course, watch video, pass test etc), the allocated CPD points are automatically recorded in their dashboard and CPD history. Learners may able to print the records also as per the requirement.

Upload and earn CPD points

Allow learners to upload the assign activities (e:g upload documents, evaluation forms, photographs, scan copies, conference attend, certificates or related) and earn points - Course manager or teacher may able to review and provide feedback to let learners earn the points.

Review and audit CPD activities

Learners may able to export their CPD record as per the requirement in case of external review and audit. Admin or designated users may able to review and audit the CPD activities across the organization.

Notifications, reminders and deadline

Learners may able to receive the notifications to attend the courses and its deadline.

Certification and certification renewal

Learners may able to receive the certificates after they complete the course, activity or tasks. Learns may able to receive notifications when a certification is due to expire.
